TERMS AND CONDITIONS – VIDA RUCCI

Article 1. APPLICABILITY

1.1

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products, offers, orders, and agreements of VIDA RUCCI.

1.2

By accepting an offer, purchasing a product, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1.3

Sale items and discounted products cannot be exchanged or returned.

1.4

Any deviations from these Terms and Conditions shall only be valid if agreed upon in writing. All other provisions shall remain fully in force and effect.

 

Article 2. PAYMENTS, PRICES AND IMAGES

2.1

All prices and offers are stated in Euros (€), including VAT. Shipping costs are included for deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping charges apply to other EU countries and worldwide destinations.

2.2

All photographs, images, and other visual materials used by VIDA RUCCI remain the property of VIDA RUCCI and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. Business customers are permitted to use these materials for promotional purposes without additional authorization.

 

Article 3. DELIVERY

3.1

The delivery times stated by VIDA RUCCI are estimates only.

Exceeding a delivery period does not entitle the customer to compensation, cancellation of the order, or termination of the agreement, unless the delay is so substantial that the customer cannot reasonably be expected to continue the agreement. In such cases, the customer is entitled to cancel the order or terminate the agreement.

3.2

Products will be delivered once they are ready for shipment.

 

Article 4. RETENTION OF TITLE

4.1

Ownership of the ordered products shall remain with VIDA RUCCI until full payment of all amounts due under any agreement has been received.

 

Article 5. RETURNS

5.1

If, for any reason, you do not wish to keep a product, you have the right to return it to VIDA RUCCI within 14 days of receipt.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. VIDA RUCCI cannot be held liable for returned shipments during transit.

5.2

Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

 

Article 6. WARRANTY

6.1

If a product is proven to be defective or damaged, VIDA RUCCI will provide an appropriate solution under warranty. We will work together to find a suitable resolution.

 

Article 7. FORCE MAJEURE

7.1

In the event of force majeure, VIDA RUCCI reserves the right to cancel an order or terminate the agreement without judicial intervention.

7.2

Force majeure includes any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of VIDA RUCCI that prevents the fulfillment of its obligations.

 

Article 8. OTHER PROVISIONS

8.1

If you provide an address in writing, by email, or through your customer account, VIDA RUCCI is entitled to deliver orders to that address.

 

Article 9. GOVERNING LAW

9.1

All rights, obligations, offers, agreements, and orders to which these Terms and Conditions apply shall be governed exclusively by Dutch law.

9.2

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the competent dispute resolution authority or court in the Netherlands.
