When will my order be delivered?
Our average delivery time is between 3 and 7 business days (excluding any delays caused by the carrier).
We ship with PostNL.
When will I receive a tracking number?
You will receive your tracking information as soon as your order has been processed.
You can also check the status of your order through My Account.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel.
I haven’t received my parcel. What should I do?
You can track your parcel using the tracking information provided by PostNL.
Visit the PostNL website and enter your tracking number to view the latest delivery status.
Sometimes a parcel may be marked as delivered while it has actually been left with a neighbour or at a nearby collection point.
If you cannot locate your parcel, don’t worry. Please contact us and we will be happy to help you find a solution.

My parcel arrived damaged. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear that your parcel arrived damaged.
Please take clear photos of both the damaged parcel and its contents and send them to us.

Can I exchange or return my order?
Yes, of course.
Unused and undamaged items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be processed once your return has been received and inspected.
In most cases, refunds are issued within 5 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
